Hi there. Thank you for finding your way to my little corner of the internet. If you already know me, welcome. If we have not met yet, I’m so glad you’re here.
Hi, I’m Kimberly Miller. I’m a wife to an amazing guy and a mom to two beautiful little girls. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs and now I’m lucky enough to be raising my family here too. Between growing up here and moving back, I’ve lived in three countries and five states, but Colorado has always felt like home. My husband, also a Colorado native, and I like to joke that we will only ever live in Colorado, although we would not turn down a short stint in Hawaii, Australia, or somewhere in Europe. Here’s to hoping.
When I’m not working, I love to host. Give me a theme, a charcuterie board, or ideally both, and I’m in. I’ve been fortunate to build an incredible community of women I’m proud to call my friends, and doing motherhood alongside them is one of my greatest joys. Our lives are filled with Bunco nights, favorite things parties, coffee dates, trashy TV, nail nights, and everything in between.
Among my friends, I’m known as the connector. I’m the one introducing people, sharing restaurant recommendations, and getting others involved. Because of that, real estate felt like a natural fit. I often joke that I forget I get paid at the end of a transaction because I’m genuinely having so much fun. In my first year, I was fortunate to rank #7 and #22 for solo agents in my brokerage during different months, out of more than 200 agents, and #89 among all RE/MAX agents in Colorado.
In addition to hosting parties and selling homes, I’m a big-time foodie. I love cooking, eating, and trying new restaurants. It truly grinds my gears when people say Colorado Springs has no good food scene because that simply isn’t true. There are so many fantastic spots here, and if you need recommendations, ask me. Or better yet, let’s go together. I’m hungry just thinking about it.
My hope for this website and blog is that it feels like more than just real estate. I want it to be a place where all my favorite things live, from recipes and restaurant recommendations to entertaining ideas, mom life, honest highs and lows, and everything in between.
I would love to connect with you. Leave a comment, send me an email, or message me anytime. I can’t wait to hear from you.
Quick Q&A:
One thing I always have on hand: Chapstick. IYKYK. Colorado is freaking DRY.
My go to coffee order: Not coffee, but I LOVE a London Fog Tea Latte.
Morning person or night owl: Neither? What does it mean if I am just tired all the time but really come alive for 12 minutes at 10 AM?
My favorite room in a house: The kitchen. It’s where life happens, where everyone naturally gathers, where memories are made, and of course, where the food lives.
Dream neighborhood: I might be biased since I grew up there, but the Old North End. It’s hard to beat the history, architecture, mature landscaping, walkable streets, and the incredible sense of community.
Favorite local spot: Kawa Coffee, Panino’s Restaurant, Shuga’s
Best comfort food: I am a potato girlie. All forms and all types. Just give me a potato. I threw a potato themed party a few months ago and it was fabulous.
One place everyone should try at least once: The Margarita at Pine Creek, what a local GEM.
A small daily habit I swear by: Writing out my gratitude list and writing personal notes.
